The design concept for the North American Company embodies the concept of the “village. The architecture of this space is organized by neighborhoods, plazas, gardens, primary and secondary thoroughfares. This fluid, non-rectilinear planning model provides opportunity for a more interactive work environment. The major advantage of this concept is its flexibility, both in space utilization and construction. The space can be built out using conventional construction methods, modular components or a combination of both.
