Ettore’s work has been exhibited in several galleries around Europe and published widely, and his clients include Dordoni Architects, Poliform Italy, A+ Architects, Domus Magazine, & Hamiltons Architects. Michael Rossi is the managing broker, principal figure behind business development and the co-founder of Elegran. Prior to Michael's entry into the real estate industry, he managed a trading desk for a boutique hedge fund and ran client service operations for a Wall Street brokerage firm with over $600 million in assets under management. His clients have included major corporations, hedge funds, mutual funds, insurance companies and high net worth individuals.

VINCENT PERGOLA Vincent was born in a Rockland County suburb located 40 minutes outside the city. In many ways, though, Vincent was raised in New York City – he visited the city with his family every other weekend, and came to think of Manhattan as a second home. He still does, and as one of the newest members of Elegran’s team, Vincent has turned his love for NYC and his knowledge of Manhattan real estate into a career helping his clients find their own places to call home in Manhattan.


A native of the NYC metro area, David Ghoneim was born in New York and raised in New Jersey. Growing up in a multicultural family, he developed a passion for culture, politics, and history. Thanks to a long and varied career that ranged from marketing and sales, to business development and import/export, David gained a multitude of experiences that help him to connect with people of different backgrounds and goals. Ambitious and driven, he appreciates the value of building honest, long-lasting relationships in his personal and professional life.
