Ownership, management, and Personnel Ownership
At this moment our company, Silvaventura, has over 35 000 shares distributed. Each share has a value of 500 EUR. We sold each one of the shares which gave us a capital of 1 750 000 EUR. We want to sell more shares in the future for a larger capital which we will definitely need if we want a better turnover.

Management
Silvaventura strives to grow as a prosperous company with highly qualified products. In order to achieve these objectives, we need a strong team. Consequently, our company is made up of an executive and different director namely, an administrative, financial, technical and a sales directors. Apart from the directors, we have a total of 153 staff members. Whose 128 workers, 15 employees and 13 salespeople. Everyone together makes a nice atmosphere and unit. A very important point for us is that we make no difference between the directors and workers. Everyone has a say in the company. That’s why we don’t necessarily need a strictly organization chart. The hierarchy is a visual support in order to obtain an overview in our company.
