PC Wax was very busy with Drum and Bugle sessions, Ladies Luncheon and Evening Dinner Prayers. 1st Lt. Hettervik was busy assisting with the Hospitality Room chores. Your scribe just enjoyed the festivities and beautiful surroundings, weather and visiting with attendees. All in All it was a great ceremonial. We finished up the year with parades at Anthem, Tempe (Veterans Day), Winslow and a new invite to a “Christmas” parade in Glendale making our total 12 attended. A Hearty thank you to the eleven Patrolman and their Ladies who worked hard for the three day very successful Circus in Scottsdale. Wasn’t the AC great this year? Our joint OV was held on November 15th with a good showing from our membership and a good time was had by all. A get well wish for Roy Barlow’s Lady Lorraine. My Lady Gloria and I thank all our Member’s and their Ladies for their help and hard work to make this a wonderful year for us starting at the beginning of the year with the Bash before the Pote’s Ball, Pote’s Ball, St Patty’s Day Dinner, Carport Sale, Cornfest, our great summer excursion to Cottonwood, the “Back” from Summer” party and finishing up the year with a super Christmas Party at Floyds. We had a busy and fun year that went by fast. We also wish all our Patrol Nobles and their Ladies a very Merry Christmas and Happy Holiday Season, as well as a safe and sane New Year’s. Support the Patrol. Capt. Jim

Mounted Patrol

Howdy Y’all, We hope this note finds you and yours doing right well and having very few aggravations. It is all good news this month as far as the unit goes. We have a new slate of officers for the upcoming year and with the help of the past captains and all the members we should be off to another year like we used to have. Sitting in as Captain again will be our buddy Phil Stanfield, and helping him out will be 1st lt. Shorty Perea, 2nd lt. Nate Boyer, hopefully Paul Britton will be up to being Treasurer and of course siting in as secretary will be ole “hit the ball and drag” Doug Kurbat. As my Grandma used to say “He is OK, he is just a little touched”. When you see him next, ask him how he hurt his mouth and teeth. If it were someone else I might say you won’t believe it, but in Doug’s case you will know it is true, cuz it is Doug. Just ask him. We will start our road to recovery and rebuilding the fun and fellowship of the unit with a great Christmas party at the Temple on December 14th. I think it was decided the fee would be $60.00 per couple and include an excellent meal. Please try to make it. Next, we are lining up a full slate of parades including, but not limited to, Wickenburg and
