As the summer comes to close, I would like to thank everyone who supported our community events through sponsorship, volunteering , donations and promotions. Everyone who participated helped us give back to the District 7 community and I applause everyone for their commitment to growing our neighborhoods. This Summer, our City was criticized for the appearance of our communities by the President and he also attacked Congressman Cummings, whose record of public service are beyond reproach. Read more about my thoughts on President’s Trump in this USA Today Article. My priorities have been focused on public safety and economic development, which are essential in the progression of our community. By providing jobs and economic secuirty, we can in turn provide safety to our residents. You can hear more about my thoughts on economic development in my interview with the Center Maryland Inside Out. 2nd Annual Baltimore Festival

These past few months have been abundant with events geared towards community improvement, resident engagement and policy education. My goal for the 7th District is to provide residents with information and resources necessary to succeed. I hope to finish up the last of 2019 strong and show District 7th’s potential not only to the rest of the City, but to the country as well.
