They say good things come in pairs - could be buses (not in Dublin anyway), or even lists of analogies. We are all very much led to believe that life is really all about those matches. So I guess it’s no surprise that all this matching mantra is making its way to our wardrobes.
Gone are the days when you were told to ‘mix it up’...(Guilty!). Now, granted, very few men have the b-ls (excuse the language) or desire to rock a one block ensemble. However, the high street has diluted this fade quite a bit, making it a little more attractive to men. Taking a wander around the rose garden might seem very appealing at the time, but there are many rules that you must follow first. You don’t want to be dressed head-to-toe in hydrangeas, without reading the rules after all. A full look of bright floral can be very costume-like, so be careful. Look for a blocked floral look that isn’t too loud, but just right for you. You don’t have to go full-on greenhouse on us to be seen as wearing florals.
