Inspired by Mies Van Der Rohe’s philosophy of “Less is More,” modern, simple forms celebrate Goodwill’s constant innovation and engagement with the community
CONCEPT A modern, simple form inspired by Mies Van Der Rohe's philosophy of "Less is more". To celebrate Goodwill's constant innovation and engagement with the community while accommodating to the needs of their customers. “Less is more” relates to donating as well, the things that you can give can mean so much more to other people than yourself, so you end up with less, but you are giving someone much more than just the material. With donations you are providing jobs and changing lives. Goodwill represents that, change, success, courage, community and simplicity.

Concept The inspiration behind the design was to create a “Safe Haven for a young couple where they could both enjoy their own spaces as well as shared areas. The main idea was seeing how casted shadows play through out the house with nature around it and how light creates beautiful angular shapes in the interior.
