With over 50 years of experience in the business, we now know quite a few things about language learning, not least that teachers play an absolutely critical role. We also know that today’s world provides many previously-unavailable opportunities to be exposed to new language, learn new concepts, try out those concepts and really embed them. That’s why our learning methodology embraces the most modern learning techniques: digital media, multimedia devices, in-person and virtual classrooms and much more. We’re ‘flipping’ the traditional way of teaching, and engaging teachers and students throughout the process. The EF EfektaTM Method encourages the student to LEARN new language concepts themselves, either with or without a teacher present, and then immediately TRY those concepts out with examples and dialogue, with fellow students and teachers in conversation classes to help absorb the learning. They then APPLY these concepts in real-life situations, to embed what they have learnt, again with the help of teachers who can focus on areas of improvement and CERTIFY the student’s progress.
