Pärnu Rannahotell Restaurant Restaurant on the beach The Rannahotell is located only a few steps from the beach. The hotel, which was built in 1937, is one of the masterpieces of Estonian functionalism and a symbol of the Pärnu resort. The hotel restaurant is also worthy of the distinguished building, being the only eatery in Pärnu that is included in the White Guide Nordic, a guide to Nordic and Baltic restaurants. Herkki Ruubel, the young head chef, who has a very personal signature, has worked at Gordon Ramsey’s restaurant as well as at the Noma, which has held the title of the world’s best restaurant for a long time.
