The objective of this movement is to realign vertebrae that have moved out of place for a number of reasons ranging from normal daily activity to trauma such as a car accident.

Chiropractic Adjustment/Manipulation • We deal with a variety of different spinal problems here in our Lexington office. Most of the patients we see would stand to benefit from strengthening their core in support of their spine. This therapy is often used to treat acute or chronic pain, as well as strains or sprains of the muscles, joints, and soft tissues of the spine and extremities. • This treatment should not be confused with diagnostic ultrasound, often used in prenatal screening, but is instead a therapeutic procedure that utilizes sound waves to treat injured muscles, joints, and soft tissues. • The sound waves also accelerate healing by stimulating the activity of the cells responsible for cellular and tissue repair.
