THE WHITEHEAD SCHOOL OF DIPLOMACY AND INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS ANNOUNCES NEW SPECIALIZATION The Whitehead School of Diplomacy and International Relations at Seton Hall University is offering a new specialization, effective September 2011, as part of its M.A. in Diplomacy and International Relations degree. The Post Conflict State Reconstruction and Sustainability specialization courses address rebuilding a viable economy, assessing strengths and shortcomings, the role of law, truth and justice, and conflict prevention, in fragile state environments.
