ELECTION PROCEDURE The elections will be held at LEAD Conference happening 24th January, 2013. The election procedure will consist of: - max 7 minutes (motivation, strategies, etc.). For online applicants, create a video of 7 minutes that will cover the above mentioned points. via Google Hangouts or via Skype. minute speech exact process will be given to candidates after the deadline. *Note: Applications that have not been sent on or before deadline will not be accepted. Any applications that do not contain all enclosures and/have missing requirements will not be accepted.

OUTGOING PROGRAMMES 1. Analyze the state of GIPo and GCDPo (Ra, Ma, Re; trends; innovations; challenges) for the past 3 MC terms in AIESEC in Slovakia and list its weaknesses and strengths. 2. Specify and describe the main steps/strategies in order to have successful GIP recruitments. 3. What are the main gaps for AIESEC in Slovakia in GIP EP raising, matching, servicing, reintegration? How do you plan to solve them? List and explain 3 possible strategies for each of them. 4. Propose numerical goals for GIPo and GCDPo for the next term and what would be 3 key main strategies to achieve the goal. Argument your choices. 5. What are the main differences in OGP between the LCs/IG of AIESEC in Slovakia? How do you plan to align them? Answer separate for each LC/IG.
INCOMING PROGRAMMES 1. Analyze the state of GCDPi and GIPi (RA, MA, RE; trends; innovations; challenges) for the past three MC terms in AIESEC in Slovakia and list its weaknesses and strengths. 2. What are the main gaps for AIESEC in Slovakia in GIP TN raising, matching, servicing, re-raising? How do you plan to solve them? List and explain possible strategies for each of them. 3. Analyze potential market sectors and segment, customer needs, external trends and design (based on the analysis) a GIPi product which you would implement. 4. Create concept, target, and timeline of 1 new national project that is relevant in Slovakia, include the strategy to attract all LC to participate in the project! 5. Propose a numerical goal for GIP and GCDP incoming for the next term and what would be 2-3 key main strategies to achieve the goal.
TALENT MANAGEMENT AND LC DEVELOPMENT 1. Choose and explain 3 key focuses for your term as MCVP Talent Management. Please be specific on why is that a priority, how is it going to happen and what are the expected outcomes of the actions you set. 2. How do we increase the number of members going on GIP and GCDP? How to ensure the proper need of HR in LCs if members go on GIP and GCDP? 3. What is going to be your strategy in order to have a correct TMP and TLP planning for the LCs, including the support functional areas? 4. What are the objectives of LC Coaches and how are you going to work with the LC Coaches, as MCVP LC Development. Identify the benefits brought this year by this service and the improvements that could be made. Also, put in a timeline the main activities from your LC Coaching strategy. 5. What is your strategy regarding the National Support Team. What are the key benefits that you will offer to the members of the NST. Please also include here a draft of the education plan for the NST.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT 1. Please evaluate current state of the national portfolio and your strategies concerning its development for next year. 2. How do you see the evolvement of National Sales Team in AIESEC in Slovakia for the term 13/14? 3. How do you plan to increase the sales capacity in the LCs? MARKETING AND EVENTS 1. Evaluate the current state of PR area in AIESEC in Slovakia. Create the SWOT analysis and state how you would improve current bottlenecks. 2. What is your vision of Marketing & External Events area in AIESEC in Slovakia in the future? Please write down concrete strategies with a brief timeline. 3. Currently there is neither no VP PR on the LC or they have different focus because of different LC needs and market. How would you ensure the alignment of the country? 4.
