Master’s Thesis Project: “Market-scapes” - Examined the viability of a multilevel “Big-Box” Supermarket in Boston’s proposed Greenway/”Big Dig” space. Thesis Project: Center for Jazz/Blues - The project consisted of a multi-use facility incorporating an existing abandoned furniture factory, performance space, school and bus terminal in Roxbury, MA.

Independent Study for 1st Semester Thesis: Researched city planning strategies; including morphology, typology and precedent studies for thesis project. Presented a final semester project involving a new museum for Contemporary Art.

Fletcher Thompson Engineering & Architecture - New York, NY Project Manager

Oversaw and coordinated entire A&E team for FDNY, NYCSCA and DASNY term contracts. Reviewed and approved ASR’s, Bulletin’s and Change Orders. Started the new NYC branch of Fletcher Thompson Architecture Engineering. Currently manage several FDNY, NYC School Construction Authority and DASNY projects in excess of $50M+. Jan ‘11-Jan’12

Maintained 3 million SF space database for private University. Coordinated with architects and engineers to provide for ongoing renovations + additionas. Created and updated existing drawings database through AutoCAD r2002. Developed and designed feasibility studies for review. Aug ‘02–Feb ‘03

Mark III Engineering Contractors - Sacramento, CA Intermediate Architect I

Prepared construction documents for several retail and office projects. Consulted with engineers and planners in the development of plans and designs. Assisted in the design of a 10,000 SF residence belonging to the owner of the company.
