Now we have modified and adapted them to meet the requirements of the hides used in the footwear and leather goods sectors”, explains to us the company. In particular, the antibacterial treatment is based on a new component developed and patented by Chimica Vemar which increases the absorption of tannins and retanning agents and reduces COD emssions. Presente a Prossimapelle lo scorso 15 luglio, Chimica Vemar ha esposto una selezione di proposte moda per la stagione A/I 21-22 ed alcuni articoli realizzati con un nuovo trattamento antibatterico a base di biocidi, come Nappa e Pelletteria. “Sono metodologie che riguardano sia la fase umida che quella di rifinizione derivanti dall’automotive dove è particolarmente sentita l’esigenza di tenere sotto controllo la carica batterica degli ambienti. Ora le abbiamo modificate ed adattate per soddisfare i requisiti dei pellami utilizzati nei settori calzature e pelletteria” ci spiegano dall’azienda. In particolare il trattamento antibatterico è basato su di un nuovo componente sviluppato e brevettato da Chimica Vemar che aumenta l’assorbimento di tannini e riconcianti e riduce il COD. Caratteristiche che ne migliorano evidentemente anche il profilo di efficienza e sostenibilità.
