unico. E stiamo anche valutando, se sarà il caso, di costruire strutture esterne ad hoc. Inoltre, è allo studio l’adozione di un sistema di matching (che in parte già utilizziamo per i nostri eventi congressuali) in grado di mettere in contatto aziende e compratori, così da pianificare al meglio la visita in fiera e programmare in anticipo gli appuntamenti”.
Sanificazione “La sanificazione e la pulizia finalizzata alla salubrità di tutti i locali della fiera è da sempre una priorità, a prescindere dalla pandemia. Comunque, già dopo l'ultima edizione di gennaio, quando iniziava ad allungarsi l’ombra del Coronavirus, abbiamo provveduto a sanificare a fondo tutti i locali del quartiere fieristico. E se durante l'evento, già da anni, presidiamo con costanza e continuità la pulizia degli spazi comuni e dei servizi igienici, questa attenzione verrà ulteriormente intensificata, utilizzando prodotti appositamente studiati per una approfondita sanificazione. Indipendentemente dagli obblighi di legge, che ancora non
conosciamo, renderemo disponibili, per tutti, i dispositivi di protezione individuale necessari (mascherine e gel igienizzanti, per esempio)”.
Accesso alla manifestazione “Il nostro scopo è rendere sicuro il quartiere fieristico, perciò metteremo in campo tutte quelle azioni che ci consentiranno di lasciar fuori dal quartiere i possibili rischi. Renderemo obbligatoria la pre-registrazione online, sfruttando al massimo la biglietteria digitale che è attiva già da tempo e che, nell’edizione scorsa, ha permesso all’85% dei visitatori di evitare code in fase di registrazione. Amplieremo gli orari della fiera e ogni persona sceglierà il suo orario di ingresso all’interno di slot predefiniti e contingentati. Il progetto pilota della scorsa edizione che ha aggiunto una porta di ingresso al quartiere fieristico verrà confermato, così da poter accedere in fiera da due ingressi diversi (Nord e Sud) pre-assegnati”.

However, already after last January’s edition, when the shadow of the Coronavirus started getting longer, we proceeded to sanitise all the premises of the fairground. And if during the event, for years now, we have constantly and continuously been monitoring the cleanliness of the common areas and sanitary facilities, this attention will be further intensified, using products specially designed for thorough sanitising. Regardless of the legal obligations, which we do not yet know, we will make the necessary personal protection equipment available to everyone (face masks and sanitising gels, for example)
Access to the event “Our aim is to make the fairground safe, therefore we will put in place all those actions that will allow us to leave the possible risks out of the neighborhood. We will make online pre-registration mandatory, making the most of the digital ticketing that has been active for some time and which, in the last edition, allowed 85% of visitors to avoid queues during the registration phase. We will expand the opening hours of the fair and each person will choose his/her entry time within predefined and fixed quota slots. The pilot project of the last edition that added an entrance door to the fairground will be confirmed, so that the fair can be accessed from two different pre-assigned entrances (North and South)”.
