Life of sea and life of sky, guide us homeward when we stray from our allotted sphere. Happy he whose way holds to the earth, faithful to this plane from birth to death, never hunting in the depths of sea, never seeking in the heights of sky, never wanting cause or end.

Shall I shed bugskin flesh and bask, a winged imago, in the starlight? 5. Life of Sky Life of sky: Happy Happy life Oh happy life Oh, happy life of earth! Traveller:

Happy life of earth? You call me happy?

Life of sky: Happy life of earth that climbs, and dies, and sees its loss reflected in the eyes of others. You would exchange such bliss for this unchanging and precise rotation? Become, consume, divide, die, and care, and mean, and signify. The visceral tug of gravity I feel, and long to fall: the kiss and whispered promise of promiscuous air, the sizzling explosion in warm seas seeded with life into which I shall one day plunge with wishes in my hair and end eternity.
