The Company operates through three divisions: Thermography, Commercial Vision Systems and Government Systems (GS). Thermography products are sold for commercial and industrial applications. Commercial Vision Systems (CVS) is focused on commercial markets for infrared imaging technology. GS is focused on government customers and markets applications. In June 2009, the Company acquired Salvador Imaging, Inc. In October 2009, the Company acquired OmniTech Partners, Inc. In December 2009, the Company acquired Directed Perception, Inc.
