t’s the holiday season! Amidst the Cajun and Sicilian classics that adorn our family table on Thanksgiving and Christmas, there is usually an elaborate cheese and charcuterie board. I find that it is a crowd-pleasing centerpiece that is both beautiful and delicious. Since I typically host Thanksgiving for both sides of our family and have an extensive menu to produce, I like to purchase a ready-made board from That Cheese Chick in Slidell. It gives me one less thing to worry about, and her boards always come out STUNNING and filled to the brim with locally sourced goodies.
