What is your name?
Why study your course? And why at Edge Hill? The PGCE Psychology is an excellent course to study; it has provided me with the chance to learn both about the curriculum and myself. Edge Hill is one of the only universities to offer this and I am so thankful that they do. What’s special about your course? The one thing that makes my course so special is the dedication that many of the staff in the department show, the support is nothing short of excellent. Whether we’re out on placements or attending lectures at Edge Hill they are always available to talk to.

Were you worried about anything before you came? Is there anything you wish you had ! known? ing th o n I was mostly worried about being ply m accepted on the course, Edge Hill is i S an amazing university and I am enjoying every minute of my course. I just don’t want it to end!
What is the teaching and assessment like? The teaching that you receive on the Where are you from? course is excellent, I feel that I have been thoroughly prepared for placements. Where can you go/ what can you do with your course? When I complete the course I can teach in any secondary school or college. However because of the cross curricular links that Psychology has I can also teach a number of different subjects such as Child Development, Health and Social Care and Sports Psychology.
