• Public/Specialized transportation services play a vital role in the lives of people who cannot or choose not to drive. • Employment Transportation • Having transportation options enables people to get to their jobs, medical treatments and remain contributing members of the community. • Future demands and needs are becoming more challenging for transportation providers to meet with dwindling financial resources and lack of legislative, business and medical facility support and coordination. • It is through dialogue and understanding that we all can work together to put forth a system that adequately meets the needs of all its users. This summit will help in setting that direction.
