ENGINEERED CERAMIC PANEL (ECP™) AT A GLANCE
Product description: Made of natural materials and primarily clay with a mix of other raw natural materials such as Feldspar, Kaolin and Sand.
Lifespan: In excess of 60 years.
Natural: Formed from over 90% natural minerals and natural mineral pigments.
Colour Integrity: In excess of 60 years.
Damage Resistance: Pioneering technology allows performance on par with granite.
Graffiti: All graffiti can easily be removed by application of solvent or acidbased cleaners. Each ECPTM panel is bacterial, fungal, algal and acid resistant.
Fire: Engineered Ceramic Panels have an A1 fire classification. In situations that an impact security mesh is required the mesh has an A2 - s1, d0 fire classification.
Environment: A product specific Environmental Product Declaration (EPD), a world first for any large format ceramic panel.
Summary: ECPTM is a pioneering, engineering achievement, using the most natural of materials, clay. Allowing previously unachievable dimensions and performance, forming a facade panel that overall out performs all other alternatives.

Suitable for use on buildings in all degrees of exposure and all locations without height restrictions (subject to engineering calculations).
The system is lightweight at approximately 30 kg/m2, reducing loadings on frame and foundations leading to potential superstructure savings. It has a simple installation method and a variety of corner treatment options available.

• Can be installed rapidly and invisible fixing provides greater design scope.
• The effect is a continuous facade with no visible framing.
• Easy to replace panels without dislodging
• Can be installed on site or unitised.
