Called to Pray: What will God do when His people pray? Wednesday 28th March 7.30pm at Elim@bristol city church, Jamaica Street, Stokes Croft. Speaker: Dr Jonathan Oloyede Pastor at City Chapel, Beckton East London, but also Convenor of London Global Day of Prayer. His desire to see the UK changed through prayer and repentance has seen him take the bold step of hiring Wembley Stadium for a National Day of Prayer this September. Organised by Bristol Evangelical Alliance.

Church General Notices Special Offering

TODAY (18th), there will be a special offering for Bristol Noise charity as it continues to grow and start to impact new areas of the city. Please come prepared.

Volunteers Needed Upper Horfield Chidren's Centre are looking to run a project with 'Children in Need' out of Upper Horfield Children's Centre on 8 successive Thursday afternoons (3.30-6pm) working with 40 families on a cooking project. The parents & their children would be split into 4 Hubs and supported by a range of adults (who would receive 2 days intensive training) who would help lead the hubs. We have been asked whether any volunteers from Ebe would be interested in being involved. If you would like more information, then please speak to Stewart North by Sunday 25th March.

Foodbank We are pleased announce that the new foodbank which will serve the communities of Horfield, Lockleaze and Filton, will be called ‘North Bristol Foodbank’. A website is currently being developed but in the meantime, please follow

There are number of vision-sharing meetings planned for April. One for all other churches in these communities is on Monday 16th April at 7.30pm at Ebe Church Building. (Content of this evening will be same as previous vision-sharing evening but adapted for all other local churches). If you would like to volunteer in anyway, then please let us know asap, so we can gauge support. It has been great to work together with our friends at Filton Community Church on this whole journey.

Babysitting Services Advance Notice –Brind Family Becca Arthur-Almond who is a student

Paul, Beth, Isaac and Hannah are returning to the UK from Tanzania for a short break in April/May. There will be an „Open House‟ time on Sunday 22nd April from 3pm at the Richardson‟s house. They will also have a midweek evening presentation on Wednesday 9th May at 8pm. Please continue to pray for them and visit –
