Overcoming pandemicera challenges to open restaurants

The pandemic has added layers of complexity to restaurant operations, as owners and operators seek to ramp up their businesses and retake sales lost during lockdowns and restrictions. The challenge is heightened with so much riding on sanitization efforts, employee cleanliness and testing, not to mention compelling customers to comply with health guidelines.
