e’re just 8 days away from Spring as I assemble this newsletter and, like everyone else, I’m anxious for warmer temperatures.

The cold temperatures aren’t affecting our plans to continue offering an array of events like Flight Nights, a Wine Dinner, a Scotch Dinner, and a number of “Paint Nites”. With three of the Paint Nites already sold out it appears we have many guests who are aspiring painters, or they love wine, or both? Speaking of websites, we want to thank everyone who took time to help one of our servers, Kelsi Schutt, win the wedding dress of her dreams through a Facebook Bridal Shop promotion. Kelsi ended up winning with 1,720 votes and she couldn’t have been happier. So happy, in fact, that she wanted to record a video message for everyone. Now, switching gears to our menu, I want to bring attention to one of our most popular dishes, Seafood Risotto: Shrimp, scallops and fresh Maine lobster with fire roasted tomatoes, spinach and shallots, in a creamy risotto infused with garlic and white wine. This dish is not to be missed.
