Starting Point Customer Satisfaction Survey 2010

Following the success of our Customer Satisfaction Survey in 2009 we decided to launch another survey to help us determine how satisfied the new influx of groups at Starting Point are with the services we offer. We used the feedback we received from the previous survey to improve what we offer and made improvements to our Induction for New Groups, the Starting Point Grant process and we increased the amount of Networking Events we offer. We are always looking to improve what we deliver and like to tailor our services to the groups based at Starting Point, therefore we plan to use the feedback from the 2010/11 survey to make further improvements. To enable us to make comparisons we kept a lot of the questions from the previous survey but included some new questions specifically around networking asking groups to be specific about who they would like to network with. This will ensure we are much more focussed to meeting the needs of groups based at Starting Point. Keep a look out for new training courses, seminars and improved networking events at Starting Point over the next few months.
