Fun with Cooking – 3rd grade Kids have the chance to cook 9 different simple healthy recipes during a session. The class will be totally hand’s on with students doing the preparing, cooking and cleaning up. Parents are welcome to join the class as a helper. Students will go home with a sample of what they made during the class. Chess & Checkers for Beginners - 3rd/4th grade For beginners only! In this class students will learn the background and history of chess and checkers as well as learn how to play these famous games. Each session will offer chess instruction, opportunities for students to play against each other and even tournaments (amongst the students).

Junior Journalists – 3rd/4th/5th grade Are you good at taking pictures, writing stories, interviewing people to find out about their lives or are you someone who likes to draw, make posters, or maybe even edit other students' writing?
