By Jonathan DeSeno

Piatra Craiului (Carpathian Mountains), Romania Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the wicked, nor stands in the way of sinners, nor sits in the seat of scoffers; but his delight is in the law of the LORD, and on his law he meditates day and night. He is like a tree planted by streams of water that yields its fruit in its season, and its leaf does not wither. In all that he does, he prospers. The wicked are not so, but are like chaff that the wind drives away. Therefore the wicked will not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous; for the LORD knows the way of the righteous, but the way of the wicked will perish.

PSALM 1: 1-6

NEWS Dear Friends, Thank you for your love and prayers. We are having a blessed time living and sharing the gospel here in Bucharest. It is very hot here, right now it is 93, but that is so much better than cold. God has blessed us - an orphan girl I used to know from when I worked here with the Institute, has provided free physical therapy for Andrea. It seems to be helping her and she has great times sharing the gospel and dispersing tracts and 180 DVD's as she goes out every day ( We have been working hard making them, it takes a lot of time to burn, print, and package the DVD's here in our home. It's a lot of work, but a great joy, as we so heartily agree with this important pro-life evangelistic message. You should hear Hannah as she give the explanation of why we are giving them out. When we are going to give them out she often says something like, "Daddy, are you going out to give out video's so people won't kill babies and love God?" The answer of course is yes, with the added encouragement of my child's voice. If you haven't watched this 33 minute documentary please take the time to do so ( Andrea translated it so the ones we produce here have Romanian sub-titles and very nice cases and labels in Romanian designed by Silviu Stefu who also does Thanks to the generosity of people here in Romania, I have just finished burning over 800 more DVD's before I started to write this letter. Also thanks to the Technical help of Daniel Ion and Ninel Lazer, I was able to modify my computer to be able to burn 3 DVD's at a time. This is allows me to burn them faster than I can print them, and saved me around $800 compared to the alternative of buying a commercial DVD duplicator. I continue to hear from guys that I play basketball with in the park that they watched the DVD I gave them and enjoyed it. One guy even recommend it to the others to watch as I gave them copies too.

Recently I was so sick, I even had to go on anti-biotics. My whole family has colds often. Even after my time on the medication ended, my lungs were still not well. God allowed through the generosity of a friend for us to borrow their car and drive to a salt mine not too far from Bucharest. We took a crude elevator 200 meters down into a salt mine in a mountain. There were huge caverns down there and lots for our children to do. The air is supposed to be very good for your respiratory system. It was so big down their I was even able to go jogging for a bit to enhance the effect of the air. Praise the Lord, both I and my family seem to be doing much better. I am grateful to God for His kindness. In regards to His kindness we can rejoice together. I requested prayer, last time for my work contract to be renewed, and the day before it expired they renewed it for me. While we would like to be able to spend more time in evangelism and ministry, etc. I am grateful to God for this means of providing for my family. It is a blessing. Please take the time to watch this recent interview and ministry presentation video (it's in English ☺) Lord willing, this month on the 16th we'll be celebrating Andrea and Demetrius' birthdays. Hannah and I are so grateful to God for the both of them. Please pray with us: •

That God would glorify Himself and do a mighty work and save many souls in our nation. That He would provide for us, and our desires to do great exploits for His name, as well as for a car, and for Andrea to get US citizenship.

Praise Him for health, and provision and life to serve Him with.

That we would be able to Visit the US in October.

For our marriage and family to be kept and protected by Him.

May God be glorified, His church beautiful, the lost saved, and you I and the rest of His people be Unashamed, Jonathan, Andrea, Hannah & Demetrius DeSeno 1 John 3:1
