Greetings friends I’vvee been on more than 8 mission trips over the past year, from rural Africa to the tropical Kwa-Zulu Natal of South Africa. From trials, tribulations and life-threatening moments to God God’’s supernatural peace and victory in Christ; from sleeping on the streets and at garages (including on raw African sand) to palaces and mansions; from eating onions only to having banquets, all of this has truly been a challenging and wonderful year in the service of our King!! I will always cherish the people I have met. It has been a great joy to see how God works in the lives and hearts of thousands of children, sisters, brothers, fathers and mothers!! There were many moments where God has displayed His great power in 2012. I would have m all, but one occurrence presses deep within my heart: liked to share the them There are children who sleep in the darkness, who suffer torment and abuse, who cry out in hope of a redeemer. It saddens me to see the life of a small child whose parents and community are addicted to drugs and substance abuse, especially how the world rejects and denies the child child’’s existence. I have seen God at work in wonderful ways; where He restores and heals the broken, where He saves the lost and brings them to life and walk in His light..
But the job is not yet complete!! “12 Therefore strengthen the hands which hang down, and the feeble knees, 13 and make straight paths for your feet, so that what is lame may not be dislocated, but rather be healed. 14 Pursue peace with all people, ” Hebrews12:12-14 and holiness, without which no one will see the Lord. Lord.”
Logos Hope and Cambodia Progress has been made concerning the Logos Hope ship that I'll be joining in about 40 days, which is on 26 January 2013. With great excitement and overwhelming emotions, I take on the challenge with determination and courage. So far my flight ticket is booked and praise God for the provision. I also had to get US dollars to pay for the visa that I will get on arrival in Cambodia.
What 2013 holds in store only God would know, but we can have the reassurance that Jesus Christ holds our lives in His hands.
Enjoy a very blessed holiday and Christmas. I would just like to thank all of those who have been praying for me and remaining committed to the Kingdom of God. I really appreciate all the support Prayer requests: • That God will help me to keep my focus on His plan • That God will prepare the way forward and that all requirements and logistics will be in its correct place. • God’s protection and guidance wherever I may go. • For God to strengthen me, and give me constant hope, and to remain in God’s love. • God’s provision financially, for long-term supporters. • For the people’s salvation and that they will be discipled. • For God to be at work in the hearts and lives of the broken and lost. • For healing and restoration of individuals and families through Jesus Christ.
