LOCATION: This position will be based at Brunel University predominately, with work at other sites as required.
ABOUT US:
The Trailfinders Rugby Academy is the academy of Trailfinders Women, an ambitious and progressive, rugby union club based in West-London.
The Academy’s aim is to produce world class talent through a dual elite rugby and academic journey.
This is the opportunity to join Trailfinders during a very exciting period of the Club’s history.
THE ROLE:
The successful candidate will be required to plan and deliver all of the athletic performance program to the female squad at Brunel. This position will report into the Head Coach and Club Performance Director.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plan and lead the delivery of the athletic development model for all female Ealing Academy players based at Brunel.
• Mentor and develop the other staff within the athletic development pathway .
• Work closely with both medical and rugby departments to facilitate an environment where the players can realise their potential.

• Promote, maintain and uphold the standards within the club
THE PERSON
EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL
• 3 years full time experience as a Strength & Conditioning Coach / Athletic Performance Coach
• Experience of lead, mentoring and influencing people.
• Experience of working within female sport.
QUALIFICATIONS
ESSENTIAL
• Undergraduate degree in Sport Science/related subject.
• Masters degree in Sports Science/related subject.
• UKSCA/ASCA/CSCS Qualification.

GENERAL
• This role will suit an ambitious practitioner who is motivated to gain leadership experience and drive the development of a physical performance curriculum within female rugby.
• The successful candidate will be a passionate coach who enjoys working with de veloping athletes. They will drive high standards and be an adaptable practitioner who enjoys a challenge.
