ABOUT US:
Ealing Trailfinders is an ambitious and progressive, rugby union club based in WestLondon with the Women’s team competing in the Allianz Premiership
Off the back of their inaugural 2023/24 season Trailfinders Women are looking for a dedicated and conscientious individual to join the support team for the 2024/25 campaign.
THE ROLE:
The Performance Department at Trailfinders is looking for an undergraduate or masters work placement student in either Strength & Conditioning or Sport Science, who will assist the women’s 1st team with late stage rehabbers.
The person would ideally be committed to pursuing or interested in exploring a career within professional sports to join us for the 2024/25 season.
The role will involve assisting with daily strength and conditioning support and data collection as part of the performance programme
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assisting Strength & Conditioning and medical staff with rehabilitation for injured players
• Designing and delivering gym sessions
• Planning and delivering conditioning sessions, both on the pitch and in the gym
• Plan purposeful warm ups and assist with coaching speed and agility sessions
• Assisting medical staff with data collection
• Use of sports science technology for performance profiling
• Promote, maintain and uphold the standards within the club

DESIRABLE
• Currently undertaking an undergraduate or masters degree in Strength & Conditioning, Sport Science or a science-related subject.
• A proactive and innovative approach
• Good organisational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
• Good punctuality and timekeeping
