Slamnatožute žive boje s tamnijim odsjajem, ugodne gustoće. Miris intenzivan, čist, fin, kompleksan i čisto sortan. Žuto zrelo voće (breskva, kruška), žuto cvijeće i lagana nota herbalnosti na nosu. Malvazija upravo onakva kakva Malvazija mora biti. Vino je suho, djelomično toplo, mekano, svježe i ugodne mineralnosti. Srednjeg tijela, uravnoteženo i harmonično. U okusu se ponavljaju aromatske komponente s dugačkim retronazalnim plemenito gorkim završetkom tipične Malvazije. Na nepcu Zapadna Istra, Bujština - srce Istre, srce Malvazije. Ako ste i sami s ovom Malvazijom, niste mogli izabrati bolji oblik samoće. Straw - yellow color, dominated by floral aromas, harmonious taste with elegant minerality. Immediately after harvest, healthy grapes are crushed and destemmed into a stainless steel vats. The grape pomace is criomacerated for 1 day. After that, the pomace is pressed using a closed pneumatic press. When the grape must is temperature adapted commercial wine yeasts are added. Alcoholic fermentation lasted from 10 to 15 days at controlled temperature between 14 – 16 °C. After alcoholic fermentation wine is racked into stainless steel tanks for seling and ageing. Next year, during springtime wine is protein stabilized with bentonite and in mid-summer boled. The wine is released for sale after minimum 30 days of bole aging. The best when is paired with white meat, sea and river fish and seafood.
