DEI Logo

The Knipper Health DEI Logo is a visual identifier and unifying symbol of the Thought Leadership Council and signifies diversity, equity, and inclusion.

DEI is not new to Knipper’s culture, but a defined extension of Knipper’s CHART culture.

Color Usage

The DEI color scheme incorporates the Knipper Health corporate colors as well as a spectrum of colors that represent our inclusive culture.

The color logo should be reproduced in either CMYK or RGB. There is no PMS breakdown for the spectrum of colors, so if full color is not an option the one color logo should be used.

Following these guidelines will ensure that reproduction of the logo is consistent regardless of the type of digital environment, printing process or paper used, coated or uncoated.

Gray Scale version can be reproduced in either black, CMYK or RGB.

One Color version should be used when ONLY one color, black, is being reproduced.

Color Usage Reversed

When reproducing the DEI logo reversed out (appearing against a dark background) use the white logo. The preferred background color is 100%- 85% black.

Logo Sizing

The proportions, space and size relationships of the DEI logo have been developed for optimum performance and must not be altered in any way. Minimum spacing parameters have been established to prevent copy or patterns from encroaching on the space. The clear space for top, bottom and side measurements is equal to one sixth the height of the logo. The space around the logo may be expanded as the design permits. The minimum height of reproducing the logo is 1 inch to ensure all text is readable.

Unacceptable Logo Usage

Correct use of the logo is essential to the integrity of our identity program. Incorrect use diminishes our image. The logo must never be altered or re-proportioned in any way or printed in colors other than the official corporate colors or acceptable black and white variations. The logos shown on this page are examples of incorrect uses of the DEI logo. It is everyone’s responsibility to maintain the integrity of our identity and avoid creating or using such examples.

A. Unauthorized vertical realignment of logotype elements.

B. Unauthorized horizontal realignment of logotype elements.

C. Unauthorized type font usage.

D. Improper proportions.

E. Unauthorized use of any other color other than established color (only values from 100%-85% black).

F. Unauthorized background usage.

Roboto is the preferred typeface for all communications containing the Knipper Health DEI logo. The Roboto family of typefaces may be used for headlines, titles, or any other identification in direct relationship to the corporate logo.

In addition to Roboto Light Italic as the preferred typeface for the Brand Line and identification signatures and the Roboto family of typefaces may be used for headlines, titles, or any other identification in direct relationship to the corporate Signature.
