INGREDIENTS: an apple, a banana, a kiwi and yoghurt
DIRECTIONS: First, peel the fruit. Then, put all the fruit into the blender. Now, pour the yoghurt in the blender. Now, mix the fruit and the yoghurt. Finally, pour the smoothie into a glass and drink.
