This 258 page book measures 12” x 12” and contains 53 lyrics by Link Martin and Martin Worman, an Introduction by Steven Wolf, a reminiscence by Roger Arvid Anderson and interviews with composer Scrumbly Koldewyn, costume designer Billy Bowers and lyricist Martin Worman. Signed by the photographer. Book designed by David Wilson. The hard-cover version will be printed in October, 2015 in Berkeley, California with artisans who specialize in producing high-quality, acid-free museum-grade Artist's Books.
