More than half a century of dedication to hospitality knowledge

When Dusit’s Founder Thanpuying Chanut Piyaoui opened the Princess hotel in Bangkok in 1948, she soon realised the importance of developing and nurturing home-grown hospitality talent. This vision came to life with the opening of the first Thai hospitality management school, the Dusit Thani College, in 1993. Since then, Dusit has continued to found institutions of the highest calibre throughout the region and established strategic partnerships with the Swiss-based Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne, one of the most prestigious hospitality schools in the world, and France’s renowned Le Cordon Bleu culinary school.


Dusit Thani College Dusit Thani College is one of Asia’s leading private hospitality-focused colleges offering internationally recognized degree programmes (both Bachelor’s and Master’s) as well as non-degree programmes.

Dusit Thani Hotel School The Dusit Thani Hotel School is Thailand’s first hospitality school based on ASEAN Competency Standards for Tourism Professionals. The school offers a complete curriculum at both certificate and degree levels, covering all areas of hotel operations.
