Duke Anesthesiology Shines at the 2011 ASA Run for the Warriors Congratulations to the Duke Blue Wave for winning first place at this year’s ASA Run for the Warriors! The Duke Anesthesiology Racing Team was comprised of 49 faculty, staff, and alumni runners. Dr. Luke James served as Team Captain. Together, we raised $13, 458, which made up 15.6% of the total money raised during this year’s ASA for Hope for the Warriors, a non-profit organization that raises funds for U.S. Service members and their families who have been adversely affected by injuries or death in the line of duty.

Researchers have about three weeks left to complete their applications. The deadline is 8 p.m. ET on November 15, 2011.
