Submission to other scientific organizations (e.g. ASA, Gulf Atlantic Residents’ Conference) does not preclude acceptance for Academic Evening. In fact, we encourage submission of abstract that have been submitted to national meetings such as the ASA. Abstracts must be no more than one page (8.5” x 11”) including diagrams and tables.
