• We worked with Bombay Sapphire Gin to create these seasonal cocktail images, and then, designed this recipe booklet so that we could share them with you. These easy and festive cocktails are perfect for those special moments with friends & family. May your holidays be joyful & relaxing. We wish all the best to you & yours in the coming year. 1 SAPPHIRE IN A PEAR TREE 1 oz Bombay Sapphire 1/2 oz DiSarono Amaretto 2 oz Pear Nectar 3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice 1/4 oz Maple Syrup 1 Rosemary Sprig method

Starting from the bottom of the rosemary sprig, remove approximately two thirds of the leaves. Crush rosemary leaves to release aroma. Add these along with all other ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake well. Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with rosemary sprig. glass

3 Cranberries; Rosemary Sprigs


2 BOMBAY FROSTED EGGNOG 750 ml Bombay Sapphire 750 ml DiSarono Amaretto 2 L Eggnog 1 cup Maple syrup No. 2 Whole Milk method

Add ingredients to punch bowl or pitcher and mix together. Grate nutmeg on top and adjust strength with whole milk. Add large ice cubes to the bowl. glass

3 sapphire & saints 1 1/4 oz Bombay Sapphire 3/4 oz St. Germain Elderflower 1/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice 1 tsp Strawberry Jam Prosecco method

Add all ingredients except Prosecco in a cocktail shaker. Shake well and strain into a Champagne flute. Fill remainder of flute with Prosecco. Garnish with lemon peel. glass

4 C l ementine S mash 1 ½ oz Bombay Sapphire ½ oz Rich simple syrup ½ Clementine 1 Star anise method

Muddle clementines, star anise and simple syrup in shaker glass. Add Bombay Sapphire, ice and shake. Pour all content into glass. glass

5 BOMBAY CRANBERRY DELIGHT 26 oz Bombay Sapphire 1 L Red Cranberry Juice 1 L White Cranberry Juice 1 L Orange Juice 6 Limes, freshly squeezed 12 oz Sugar Cane Syrup method

Add fruit to punch bowl. Mix all ingredients in bowl and let sit for 1 hour in fridge before serving. glass

2 oranges cut in wedges; 1 cup of fresh cranberries; 6 cinnamon sticks; 12 star anise; 3 apples cut in slices ice

Keep ice in a side bowl for individual glasses
