DEL TURA H. O. A., Inc. Board of Directors Emergency Meeting Tuesday October 2nd, 2012 in the Del Tura Clubhouse

Emergency Board Meeting: After coffee on Tuesday, October 2nd, 2012, the HOA Board of Directors met with Barbara Blanton to discuss the immediate need for a storage unit for items donated to Trash and Treasure. In attendance were Joyce Cuffe, Bart DeGraaf, Ruth Ann Blevins, Betty Wright, Jay Flanagan, Ron Raming and Tony Oliver. Barb Blanton reported there is no room for additional items in the HOA storage center. Barb has researched storage facilities and found one that will provide a temporary pod for just over $132 per month. The pod will be needed for about six months. Jay Flanagan made a motion to allow the expense to be taken from the current funds received from 2012 trash and treasure. Bart DeGraaf seconded the motion. There were no dissenting votes and the motion carried. Barb will arrange for delivery and advise the treasure of the date the funds will be needed. There was also discussion about the remaining funds and the need to provide the HOA board with a budget for how the funds are to be distributed. Barb has requested $500 be distributed to Harry Chapin Food Bank and $500 to All Souls Outreach. There was also discussion regarding the originating of a fund to benefit Del Tura residents in need. Additional information will be needed before any decisions are made regarding a resident fund. There was no further business and Joyce Cuffe declared the meeting adjourned.
