Master Blender Lorena Vásquez, one of a few female Master Blenders in the world, and Twenty Five Lusk restaurant. Each course is inventively paired with a Zacapa Rum cocktail developed by Zacapa Rum National Brand Ambassador Danny Valdéz.

ZACAPA RUM BARREL-AGED TASTING

Begin the dinner by experiencing Zacapa’s Sistema Solera process first-hand as you sample each barrel expression of the rum.

FIRST COURSE

DUCK PROSCIUTTO

organic strawberries, watercress, aged balsamic, & black salt

Cocktail Pairing: Zacapa Rum 23, sparkling wine, allspice liqueur, fresh lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, & simple syrup

SECOND COURSE

GRILLED COLOSSAL PRAWNS

apricot-black pepper glaze, ginger puree with roasted peanut sauce

Cocktail Pairing: Zacapa Rum 23, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup & Pinot Noir drizzle

THIRD COURSE

OREGON STEELHEAD

scallop ravioli, Dungeness crab, & basil butter

Cocktail Pairing: Zacapa Rum 23, Cocchi Americano, goji liqueur, & spritz of Grand Marnier®

DESSERT

CORDILLERA BITTER CHOCOLATE FONDANT
