Stop eating junk food to stay fit and healthy!

Obesity has affected people all over the world. Unhealthy eating habits and inactive lifestyles are the two major causes of obesity. Some people have hectic work schedules, and this is why they don't bother cooking nutritious foods, and prefer to eat out or order in. According to Dr. Chauncey Crandall, eating fast food in excessive amounts causes depression and heart diseases. Therefore, people should avoid eating such foods as much as possible, in order to stay healthy. Dr. Crandall has also suggests that we must avoid eating the following foods: 1.

Junk Foods

People who eat burgers, hotdogs, pizzas and commercial baked food are more prone to suffer from heart conditions. Such food items can also cause depression. 2.

Refined grains


Bagels, pasta and white rice are some of the food items made from refined grains. According to a study, those who consume these food items daily are more likely to suffer from depression. Therefore, the refined grains should not be consumed in large quantities. 3.

Soft drinks
