Song of Assembly
Immortal, You are not like a man That You change Your mind or change Your plan. Invisible, our human eyes can’t see The depths of Your majesty.
Assurance of Pardon in Christ
Hymn of Praise
And they sang a new song, saying, “Worthy are you to take the scroll and to open its seals, for you were slain, and by your blood you ransomed people for God from every tribe and language and people and nation, and you have made them a kingdom and priests to our God, and they shall reign on the earth.”
Christ for the World We Sing
Immortal yet You once died for me, To pay my debt, to set me free. Invisible, You will not always be, ’Cause You’re coming to reign as our King, And the saints will fall down at Your feet.
Welcome and Preparation for Worship - George Owen
“The revelation of the gospel is to a world that is already under indictment for its universal rejection of God the Father.” - R.C. Sproul
Take my hands and let them move At the impulse of Thy love. Take my feet and let them be Swift and beautiful for Thee;
O the deep, deep love of Jesus! Love of every love the best: ’Tis an ocean vast of blessing, ’tis a haven sweet of rest. O the deep, deep love of Jesus! ’Tis a heav’n of heav’ns to me; And it lifts me up to glory, for it lifts me up to Thee.
Take my voice and let me sing, Always, only for my King. Take my lips and let them be Filled with messages from Thee;
Corporate Confession of Sin
Oh give thanks to the LORD, for he is good, for his steadfast love endures forever! Let the redeemed of the LORD say so, whom he has redeemed from trouble and gathered in from the lands, from the east and from the west, from the north and from the south.
All songs used by permission or covered under CCLI license # 391165. We believe that God always initiates with sinners, so we begin worship with his invitation and command to us to gather in His name. 2
Take My Life
O the deep, deep love of Jesus! Spread His praise from shore to shore; How He loveth, ever loveth, changeth never, nevermore; How He watches o’er His loved ones, died to call them all His own; How for them He intercedeth, watcheth o’er them from the throne.
“When we preach Christ crucified, we have no reason to stammer, or stutter, or hesitate, or apologize; there is nothing in the gospel of which we have any cause to be ashamed.” - C.H. Spurgeon “I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes.” - The Apostle Paul, Romans 1:16
O God let all men praise you, let all the nations sing, In every land let praises and songs of gladness ring; So that your way most holy on earth may soon be known, And unto every people your saving grace be shown.
O the deep, deep love of Jesus! Vast, unmeasured, boundless, free; Rolling as a mighty ocean in its fullness over me. Underneath me, all around me, is the current of Thy love; Leading onward, leading homeward, to Thy glorious rest above.
Call to Confession of Sin
Elect from every nation, yet one o’er all the earth. Her charter of salvation, one Lord, one faith, one birth; One holy name she blesses, partakes one holy food, And to one hope she presses, with ev’ry grace endued.
Take my life and let it be Consecrated, Lord, to Thee; Take my moments and my days, Let them flow in endless praise;
“If our Lord's bearing our sin for us is not the gospel, I have no gospel to preach.” - C.H. Spurgeon
The Church’s One Foundation The church’s one foundation is Jesus Christ, her Lord: She is his new creation by water and the Word; From heav’n he came and sought her to be his holy bride; With his own blood he bought her and for her life he died.
For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of God's one and only Son.
O the Deep, Deep Love of Jesus

Prayer of Adoration & Praise
Declare his glory among the nations, his marvelous works among all the peoples!
O Lord, You have been careful to reveal Your will to us in Your Word. Though its light shines brightly around us, We are slow to learn it and are prone to forget it. We frequently ignore what You have taught us through the Spirit. Our Father, help and forgive us: For we have served sin and self and sought out the approval of others. We have wasted your gifts and have avoided opportunities to serve You. We have been luke-warm to your global purpose called missions. Lord Christ, Enlarge our vision for building Your kingdom in the world. Help us to see the world as you see it and to stop focusing on ourselves. Engage us in Your global purpose – that people from all nations and tribes and languages come to treasure Christ above all things. For we pray in Your Name. Amen.
Take my silver and my gold, Not a mite would I withhold. Take my intellect and use Every pow’r as Thou shalt choose. (CHORUS) Here am I, all of me. Take my life, it's all for Thee. Take my will and make it Thine, It shall be no longer mine; Take my heart, it is Thine own, It shall be Thy royal throne. Take my love, my Lord, I pour At Thy feet its treasure store; Take myself and I will be Ever, only, all for Thee.
Praise God from whom all blessings flow, In Heaven above and earth below. Praise God the Father and the son, Praise God the Spirit, three-in-one.
How Great Is Our God

From all that dwell beneath the skies, Let the Creator’s praise arise. Let our Redeemer’s name be sung, Through every land, by every tongue.
Name above all names Worthy of all praise My heart will sing How great is our God
Eternal are Your mercies Lord, Eternal truth attends Your Word. Your praise will sound from shore to shore, Till suns shall rise and set no more. In every land, by every tongue, Let our Redeemer’s name be sung.

The Sacrament of the Lord’s Supper A Word About Communion - The bread and juice you see on the Communion table may not look like much to the casual observer. In fact, it is merely bread and juice. What makes this meal special is that the Lord Jesus Christ is spiritually present in a unique way. This sacrament is not something to be taken lightly but neither is it a time to be somber; rather, we should be filled with thankfulness and joy. Our Savior, out of His great mercy, bids His people to come to this meal. If you are a member of a church who embraces the Gospel of Jesus Christ and are at peace with your fellow Christians, we welcome you to this table. Come and consider with us our Lord’s body and shed blood symbolized in the bread and juice. Rejoice with us in our union with Him and with each other as His Covenant people.
The Potter’s Hand

You gently call me into your presence Guiding me by Your Holy Spirit Teach me, dear Lord, to live all of my life Through Your eyes. I’m captured by Your holy calling set me apart, I know you’re drawing me to yourself, Lead me Lord, I pray. Take me, mould me, use me, fill me. I give my life to the Potter’s hand. Call me, guide me, lead me, walk beside me. I give my life to the Potter’s hand.
4, 5, & 6 year-old children may be dismissed before the sermon to Godly Play in room 173.
Just as God called us into His presence at the beginning, so now He commands His blessing upon us as we depart. We look up and extend our hands in a posture of thanksgiving as we receive this great gift. Our final response to God’s assurance of His peace and presence upon those who are in Christ is a chorus of joyful song.
