And away we go… Downeasters Chorus Rehearsal Agenda for Monday, August 7, 2011 No Chorus Rehearsal this Monday August 7 Because of Wednesday’s trip to Brewer/Bangor Aug. 10 (Wed) What: Downeasters Recording Session Where: The Next Generation Theatre, 39 Center Street, Brewer, Maine Time: 8:00pm ********************************************************* Information concerning the Bangor singing engagement on Wednesday, August 10th. Dress for this trip is summer maroon short sleeve shirt, khakis, black shoes, socks and belt. Taping for the show we will be on will be at approximately 8:00 P. M. Two other shows will be taped before ours; therefore, we might start a little late. Changing - There is space at the theatre for you to change clothes if you so choose. Length of time - Assuming we start on time (8:00 P. M.), we should be finished by 9:00 P. M. As we plan for our trip to Bangor on Wednesday, August 10th, we are planning a car pool starting from the Park and Ride, Rt. 1, Yarmouth. Please plan on arriving at the Park and Ride at 4:45 P. M.; we will leave at 5:00 P. M. This will get us to our destination at The Next Generation Theatre, 39 Center Street, Brewer, Maine, by 7:15 P. M. Brewer is next to, and near, Bangor. For those of you north or east of Yarmouth, you may prefer not to have to travel south to Yarmouth (although you are certainly welcome if you so choose) to the car pool location. You can join forces with others of you living north of Yarmouth and travel to Bangor without having to go south (Yarmouth) to go north (Bangor). Sincerely, Walt Dowling Car Pooling Information for the Auburn Area We’re meeting at the Park and Ride Parking Lot by the Auburn Entrance to the Maine Turnpike around 4:45 – 5:00 pm, leaving by 5:15 at the latest. If you have not contacted Bill or Bruce yet, please email Bill: mailto:bpeterlein@summitgeoeng.com Competition Chorus Auditions Aug. 29th is the last day for first time auditions for the competition songs.
