PILOT WEATHERIZATION PROGRAM OBJECTIVE: To offer and provide weatherization measures to specific groups in an effort to make ones home more energy efficient. This service is an effort to assist the homeowner by decreasing the monthly utility costs involved as well as expand the availability of services to certain groups as a benefit from the employer. Method: If one of the packages listed below are chosen by the individual, a preenergy audit would take place in the home to determine the need for certain services. The audit would be reviewed. The recommended measures would be discussed with the homeowner and the contractor would educate the homeowner about the benefits of completing the recommended measures. Upon completion of the measures described from the appropriate package a post energy audit would be performed to show the homeowner the estimated savings and return value of the services rendered. We propose to offer these services to certain groups of individuals while the payment for the services is reimbursed through a payroll deduction.
