Ms. Lewis, I request all records and documents related to the application and grant of tax credits, and HOME funds, to a development at 4656 Rockbridge Road, Pine Lake, GA by developer MillerValentine. I am making this request under state code 501870, so my request is for all records as defined below (2), which is the text from the GA code. This request includes but not limited to the applications and final documents of the grant of the tax credit, HOME, and communications to and from MillerValentine, officials of Pine Lake, GA, he Housing Authority of DeKalb County, and private lenders providing funding of this project. I submitted a similar request today via your web site's form based email. That request referred to tax credits, not HOME. I now request both. I would be happy to discuss the logistics of receiving this information (CD, email, papercopy, etc) to ease the burden of responding to this request.
