many applications. Set-up time and ease of operation are aided by hydraulic folding tail and side conveyors, two-speed tracks, a slide-out tail conveyor facility for better media access and a load-sensing collection conveyor circuit to avoid blockages.
Baioni Crushing Plant has developed a modular system consisting of three types of tracked mobile units to be used for primary and secondary crushing, screening and stockpiling of aggregate materials. The tracked mobile units can handle hard and abrasive rock as well as mineralbased demolition material. The new Lokotrack LT110C from Metso Minerals provides superior performance.
Red Rhino has been busy making changes to the recently launched 3000 Multiform crusher, making it even more versatile than before. It has been reduced in size and weight, enabling it to be fitted onto a Bobcat. The 3000 is now available with the Bobcat mounting fixture as well as the Skid Steer mounting fixture. The 3000 Multiform has a similar crushing capability as the tracked 5000 Red Rhino, but without the engine. The hydraulic motor can be powered from an independent power pack, or from any machine with an auxiliary flow of 65 litres per minute at 138 bar. The company is now looking forward to the launch of the re-engineered 10 tonne 7000 series, capable of crushing in excess of 45 t/h. Red Rhino General Manager Julian Mik said, “The interest we have had in the larger 7000 series has been phenomenal, especially from overseas. We are looking forward to demonstrating this machine at our premises here in Grantham very soon.”

ing unit, a Baitrack secondary crushing unit and a Baiscreen screening unit. These three elements combine to form a crushing and screening system for uniform production in heavy conditions, and can also be used as stand-alone units. The Baitrack primary unit comes in three models with different output capacities. They are designed for producing aggregates for primary crushing on quarry sites, and for recycling construction and demolition materials. They also can be used with any type of minerals and rocks. The crushing machine is BP Primary Jaw Crusher in three versions (110/70B, 130/85B and 130/100B) for production ranging from 100 to 494 t/h. The Baitrack secondary units come in two models, the FCS91 and FCS108. The crushing machine is the FCS series secondary cone crusher in two versions (FCS91 and FCS108) for production ranging from 110 to 440 t/h. The Baiscreen screening and stockpiling unit is available in four models that are named after the screening machine. These are the Baiscreen W400/2, Baiscreen W400/3, Baiscreen W500/2 and Baiscreen W500/3 for production ranging from 230 to 330 t/h.
Metso Minerals Metso has introduced the mobile primary crusher Lokotrack LT110C, which is built around the Nordberg C110 jaw crusher with a feed opening of 1100 x 850mm. In situations where large amounts of fines need to be scalped, the combination of pan feeder and separate two-deck scalper can be used. The Lokotrack LT110C can be equipped with either a standard 6m3 or an optional 9m3 feed hopper. There is also a choice of discharge conveyors. In addition to the standard conveyor with a length of 11m, there is the option of a 14m folding conveyor, providing a discharge height of 3.7m. The IC500 intelligent control system is standard on the Lokotrack LT110C and monitors and optimizes the crushing process to ensure maximum throughput. The Lokotrack LT110C primary jaw crusher can be easily combined with all secondary and fine crushing plants and mobile screens in the Lokotrack range to build complete
