DOST-NCR Financial CapitalCapital DOST-NCR Financial DOST-NCR budget for 2010 amounted to P9.3M. Of this amount, P6.3M was allotted for MOOE and the remaining P3M for the Personal Services (PS). The PS budget was allocated for 8 Support Staff and 19 Technical Staff.
