t 11:00 am on Wednesday November 11, 2020 Pepe’s Towing Service received a call from a tow company on scene in Long Beach, California requesting help to reset a rail car. Joshua “Josh” Acosta explained, “We were called by City Tow that needed assistance in lifting a 200,000-pound rail car that derailed and needed to be set back on the tracks.”
