Understanding the age of the property, the jurisdiction of where the property is located may require certain licenses and certifications to have in place before getting a tenant in the property.
Your Property Manager will be able to visit the property and address items needed for the property to pass the needed inspections, per state codes.

At Adept Home Team you can expect a one on one orientation, guidance and the support of other vendors as needed in a typical real estate transaction. Our staff is bilingual, fluent in Spanish. Working primarily in the Maryland and Washington DC areas.
Team Leader / Seller Representative Having been in Real Estate since 2003 she originally dived into the industry as a Property Manager, Martha quickly discovered Real Estate was in fact the career she wanted to pursue. Realizing that purchasing real estate over the years has fallen short of trust; (My motto is Treat People how I like to be treated) Martha found satisfaction in helping achieve what most assume is hard to do by breaking down the process where anyone can understand just how simple it can be by offering honest service to those in need. She then went off into Commercial Real Estate, CoStar Group in 2006 where she worked for over 7 years; she was able to build solid relationships with Commercial Brokers Nationwide.
They encouraged her to become a Real Estate Professional as they were amazed by her overall wealth of knowledge in Real Estate. In 2014 Martha decided to focus her attention solely as a Real Estate agent. She’s won several awards since then some as Top Selling Agent & Listing Agent within her office, recognized as The Top 250 Realtors Nationwide with NAHREP (The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals) putting her in the Top 3% Nationwide of REALTORS. She is the President of The Women’s Council of Realtors Greater Capital Area (Women’s Council of Realtors is a National organization, started in 1939 and is the 2nd largest pool of Real Estate Professionals).
