“Why Use the Quarter Report? We have added a new support document to the Agent Dashboard that answers why a real estate professional should use Quarter Report and the benefit to their clients. In addition, a new section titled Quarter Report has been created under Agent Tools > Resources that contains additional how to guides, videos, and FAQs.
Q4 Look for the 4th Quarter Report in your inbox by the end of the day Monday. If assistance is needed, please reach out to your local staff.
Agent Spotlights on Pacific Union Facebook Page Starting this month we will be featuring our real estate professionals on the Pacific Union Facebook page. Our first spotlight went live today, featuring Maya and Jason Sewald. These short spotlights will go up once a week and rotate by region. If you are chosen, your regional marketing coordinator will contact you and ask a few questions for inclusion. If you are featured, we do hope you share on your own Facebook page by using the share option.

One Cool Thing
Mortgage Moment FHA improvements: As promised, the FHA announced on January 9th that they are reducing their monthly MIP (Mortgage Insurance Premium) by .25 basis points on conforming loan amounts effective on all closings after 1/27/17. In real terms on a $400,000 loan the monthly MIP will go From $266/mo down to $183/mo. FHA is pushing to remain competitive in the low down payment first time home buyer market and this new MIP reduction will certainly help their cause.
